Vasy is a navigation system designed to guide the user without a screen. Inspired by the principle of a weather vane, the device indicates direction through physical movement. The project proposes an alternative to conventional digital interfaces by translating navigation data into a clear and readable directional signal.

The system operates by pointing toward the direction to follow, without the use of a map display. Its form and movement were designed to be immediately understood by the user. Vasy was developed specifically for the Eden Méhari model, in collaboration with the Méhari Club of Cassis, to integrate seamlessly with the vehicle’s identity and constraints.

Vasy was exhibited in 2021 during the Design Parade Hyères at the Villa Noailles, as part of the Festival Design Parade, in the context of the ECAL x Méhari Eden project presentation.
